Profile

Mr Ismail was born and raised in Peterborough, England. He obtained his first degree from the Hawzah Ilmiyyah in 2001 and received a qualification as a caseworker in Asylum and Human Rights Law in 2004. In 2008, he graduated with an MA in Islamic Studies from the University of London.

He is a member of the Muslim Council of Britain’s Central Working Committee and Vice Chairman of its interfaith committee. He currently works for The World Federation of KSIMC as head of Islamic Education and is a regular lecturer in Islamic Sciences at Islamic centres throughout the world in a host of languages.
