English for Academic Purposes

Course Description:

 Introduction: This course has been designed for international students who want to develop more confidence in both their English language and academic learning skills. Taught in small classes of up to 15, this interactive course will help students boost their confidence in academic use of English. This is a ‘learning-through doing’ course in which students will have an opportunity to show what they can do and learn to improve their academic performance through doing. At the end of the course students will have completed a ‘Personal Development Plan’ (PDP) which will guide them in their future independent learning activities. The course also features an online component which will provide further opportunities for independent learning.

Fees: UK/EU & International £300. Students enrolled on other Islamic College courses receive a 50% discount.
